Please pray for me urgently and continiuosly for I'm in a terrible struggle!
My wife treats me very badly, she swears at me, condescends me, treats me like garbage, even in front of other people. She has taught her children to disrespect me, she constantly tells me how useless she thinks I am and she constantly draws the past into every fight. I have come to a point where I want to divorce her! She has been treating me this way for two years now, despite the fact that I have treated her like gold! The biggest problem is that I don't have the money to divorce her and I don't want to give up my right to see my own children every day! I love my children so so dearly! We've been to marriage councelling, we've been for christian councelling, she just says: "I'm not prepared to try!" she's even said to me she hates me a couple of times, she's thrown me with a pair of scissors that pegged in my arm, cutting me open 2cm in depth, the blood came flowing as if from a tap. My hand was numb for 2 days, in which time she said to me that I was lying and just looking for attention!

I cannot continue like this! I believe I'm being emotionally abused and whats worse is the fact that if I leave her I can't see my children whom I love so much as often as I would like to. I actually love her very much too but she's not willing to change!

Is this right???

Father, help Lionel to choose the path that you would have him to follow. Stop the abuse through whatever means you think is best Father and give this man your peace. Remove from this wife this spirit of malice and degradation...return her to her right mind that she may set a better example for her children. In Jesus name...Amen!
