I recently found out that my best friend (who means so much to me) has recently started smoking cigarettes. He does not wish to quit at this time- but seems open to God helping him want to quit and open and appreciative of prayer requests. It breaks my heart seeing him rutn to sin and walk away from God. I would love it if you could pray that God would put quitting on his heart- and to help him to want to quit as soon as possible. Also, pray that God will give him the strength and support needed to quit. Finally, pray that God will remove the temptation from him and put roadblocks between him and the negative influences in his life. I love him so much and I just want as much prayer for him as possible.
