My past three nights I have not been able to sleep for some reason, and to be honest it is actually scaring me pretty bad. I try to lay there in prayer but I might be doing something wrong, and I just want to be able to sleep naturally again. I am a 20 year old male and I feel like this is not normal. When I take tylenol pm or a medicine of that sort it feels like a fake sleep and I can still only get like 5 hours. Please help and thank you whoever you may be.

Father, bring sleep and rest to this guest that they may awake to each new day that you bring with vigor and delight to go about your business within it. Remove the anxiety that this guest is feeling over this issue...as your word says be anxious for nothing. Rather let him trust that you have heard from heaven and will help him to rest naturally. In Jesus name...Amen!
