Please pray that my wife would be able to forgive me and find the energy to work on our marriage. We are going through a very rough time and are seeing a counselor next week. She is not sure she wants to remain married. I love her and am trying to work on my issues and the things I have done to hurt her.

Father, help this man to accept that there are consequences for the unkindness that we do. Strengthen his resolve to address his issues with your help and guidance. Give him a spirit of humility and patience that he might give his wife the time she needs to heal and forgive. Father soften her heart toward this man and help her to see him as he is...but also as you will recreate him. Father lead this counselor and use him in a mighty way that healing may take place in both his wife and husband and that your glory and will for marriages to stand may be served. In Jesus name...Amen!
