We have found out that our baby that is due in May has a 1 in 5 chance of having a chromosomal or genetic abnormality. This is devestating to us. They found more than normal fluid behind the head and there is fluid around the heart. We have been through a lot in the past 2 years and this baby was a bright spot. We go for an amnio to know for sure on Dec.9. The wait is killing me.

This is our second child and our 6 year old son is already so excited for a sibling.

Please pray the amnio comes out negative and everything is ok. All I can do is put it in God's hands.

Father, touch this infant growing in the womb and heal him/her that they might be born strong and healthy to live a life of service and praise to you. Father comfort these parent's while they wait on their answer and give them the assurance of your peace. Father let them be still and know you are God and the living God will do what is best in this situation. We love you Lord and trust you above all...please in your mercy answer this prayer for this family. In Jesus name...Amen!
