My sister and brother-in-law worked with a realtor to do a loan modification. Bank of America offered a payment that was still high so thier realtor reapplied again renegotiating a lower payment. In July 2010, their house was taken off modification and was to be sold by the trustee on 9/21/10. Desperate, they filed chapter 13 to stop the sale. The sale date was postponed til 10/19/10 making it impossible for them to do a shortsale or a modification. Please help us pray that the lender will postpone the sale date giving their realtor enough time to help them to keep their house. They don't have the means to buy another home or to rent as rent is very high in our area. They both have lost their jobs and are living in deep financial hardship. Loosing their home will break their spirits as they've come to love their house dearly.

Lord, please help this family keep their home, Please someway, somehow, bring those who can help them, forward now. It is the economy, ane no jobs that is making this happen. Lord, the banks recieved bailouts, which we, the taxpayers funded, but now when they are in trouble, the banks do not help. Please Lord, help them and guide them so that they may keep their home. You know why this has happened, and who is ultimately behind it. We have sinned and allowed evil to control this Country through it's Judges and Politicians much like was done in Ancient Israel when the Kingdom was split, prior to going into captivity. Give those of us who are in need, favor, those called according to your Will.
