Sometimes, even when we aren't completely sure what it is we need from the Lord, He knows the groanings of our heart and is able to fill the void that so often threatens to consume us. Tonight I ask that you help me pray that God will once and for all fill the void that has been in my heart and in my life...taking away the sadness, loneliness, frustration, anger, and fear that eats away at the moments of happiness that I am able to experience from time to time. I pray that His perfect will be done in my life...in my finances...in my family...and in my career and education. I pray that He will transform and mend the broken and sometimes shattered life I have lived up to this point and replace it with a life filled with hope, happiness, faith in His word and His promises, and a true, undying desire to serve and edify Him in everything that I do. I pray that He will lead me exactly where He wants me to be and use me to magnify and bring praise to His holy name. I pray He will deliver me from the things that have a hold on me and drag me down and give me peace in my heart as well as in my mind. I pray that He will protect and watch over my son all the days of his life, blessing him and leading him in all that he does. I pray for complete healing and restoration in the lives of my sisters and in the relationships we have with one another. I pray that all of those close to me will be touched and uplifted, blessed and protected in all that they do. Hear my prayer Lord and breathe the sweet breath of healing, love, and peace into my life. In the name of Jesus I pray...Amen.
