Heavenly Father, you know that I've been called ugly, overweight and other things that are not nice in my life and I've been compared with my twin all my life who people say is much more pretty and successful. Father, please fill me afresh and help me not to worry about what other people think. Help me to always be beautiful, pure and holy for you in Jesus name, Amen.

Father...your word teaches us that the savior was strongly built but not a handsome man...and yet he was the only man who was perfect in your sight. Remove the hurt that this woman has experienced from the thoughtless words of others and let her see herself as you do. If she is not happy with her appearance let her work on those things under your guidance that she can change...not to please others...but to please you. Getting our weight under control is not for beauty but for our health and it is your desire that we keep our bodies fit and strong. Father in whatever way you think best...touch this woman that she might know that she is loved as she is...and that you are there for her as you are for all of us to help her make positive changes in her life if she so chooses. In Jesus name...amen!
