Please pray for my co-worker and friend Herman who was bullied by administration into walking off the job on Friday. He is excellent at what he does and is great with our patients. Herman realizes that he acted hastily and would like his job back. He is meeting with Human Resources in the morning. Herman is definitely a big asset to our facility. Please pray that God would soften the hearts of administration so they will accept his apology and welcome him back. His return would benefit all involved, especially the patients.

Lord have the administration of this facility accept Herman's apology and allow him to come back to his position at work. Also help Herman to really more on you and stop acting so compulsive from now on. Have your perfect will be done in this situation for all involved. In Jesus name I pray
