My mother is 81 and needs a good caregiver to help me take care of her. I have been there for her for about 10 years and for the last 6 months, I have been very ill.

I have contacted an agency to come into her home and help with the things I can no longer do for her. She is not completely resistant to this. If only I/we can find a person that would work out for her, so that between the caregiver and I, we can help her stay in her own home and live with her kitty for as long as she wants to. Of course, I always want God's will in all aspects of this. So far we've had problems with the caregivers not showing up or not trying to understand how my mother wants/needs things to be done, at 25.00 per/hour (which she can afford). My mother has fired so far 2 of them in one month.
If I could, I'd still do everything for her. But I have a diagnosis myself, and awaiting tests to come back. I worry about her a lot because I am the only person in our family that can do anything for her. I do want to be able to visit her, as a daughter again, and not only a caregiver to her. When and if I become able again, I will try to start doing some of what I have done in the past for her, (everything).
Please help her/us by asking for God's will and hope for my mother. Thank you, Bless you in Jesus, Elizabeth

Dear Lord,

We thank you for your beloved daughter Elizabeth, who willingly makes so many sacrifices for her mother Lord. Lord, bless her abundantly for that and many many follow in her example.

Lord, you know her mothers needs and Elizabeths needs, and we ask that you answer them swiftly. That you bring the right nurse to their door that will be committed to their family, that will love and take care of this family like their own and will look more at the needs they need, then the pay they are receiving. We are asking they you send someone into their homes that wants to do loving service to this family to bring honor and glory to you Lord Jesus and to minister to this family, for what you do unto these, you do unto you Father.

Lord, I ask you heal and protect Elizabeth and her mother , send in so many ministrying hands that their house can not hold them at one time , so that Elizabeth can get the needed rest she needs to recuperate Lord Jesus.

We know you are going to do great and mighty things and we especially ask that you put songs of encouragement in both of their hearts and hear their hearts prayers Lord, that they are able to spend the rest of their days together.

Put angels all around them Lord Jesus.

In your precious name, I pray Jesus , Our Saviour.
