Lord help this person to stop and smell the roses, and all the beauty you have made for our enjoyment. Teach them not to waste their time with things that only creates us anxiety. May they also be able to takeout time to talk to you and read your holy word where they can hear you talking to them and guiding them. Give them your peace and the joy in life which only comes from you. May they learn to go to bed earlier and get out off bed earlier if necessary to fulfill all their obligations each day without having to be rushing. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
