I have no words for the pain, the fear, the weariness brought about by sin. Have mercy, Lord, and deliver from the punishment of ignoring or forgetting Your teachings willfully, in our arrogance. Let us surrender to You all we have to in this life. as it is not worth clinging to things that rot, and fade and are forgotten. Revive our spirit, God, that glory be returned and given to Whom it is due.

Loving and Merciful Father, we put our trust in You. We seek Your help, please deliver us from all our fears, and save us out of all our troubles. Send Your angel camp around us and deliver us. Our hope is in You, show us the way, guide us in truth all of our days.
