Lord you know how much I've been bullied all my life starting with my mother and she taught my sister to bully me too. My sister used to have her friends bully me whenever they saw me. My problem you know Lord is my speech, I can't pronounce some words right, and I have trouble readying out loud. Since I was a small child they used to laugh at me in school when I was asked to read because of how I sounded.
Yet Lord you gave me good jobs through my life, most grown ups always understood what I meant and never questioned me. I find Lord that now in my old age I'm running again into this same problem, but this time more often from people my own age.
I know that could had been corrected when I was young, but my parents never took me for any help even thought they could had afford it.
I know I'm your child and I know you love me Lord, so please help me to either be able to speak correctly, or have people be more considerate of others that don't sound or look as them.
I thank you for the good friends you allowed me to have during me life, which now they are very happy with you. I still miss them, and I'm glad you brought them into my life. For the bosses you allowed me to have which treated me as if I were at their level and with respect. They gave me the confidence I needed to accomplish my jobs with pride.
Send me more friends as those in my past, for now my husband and I are lonely at times with all our friends gone, or have moved to other states. May people younger than us when they see older people
think of them as people too, and be kind to them. I pray in Jesus name amen.
