in less than 2 weeks i will be unemployed. i have over 90 resumes/applications out in the market. i have not been out of work since i was in my early 20's and then it was only for a short while. this is not a life threatening situation, and i am sure your organization is inundated with requests that have life and death consequences, which of course are much more serious than mine, but i am reminded of a sermon i heard when i was a boy that spoke about the sparrow...God is equally concerned with the globally small requests as he is those of eternal conaequences, please pray that i do not have to file for unemployment, not that i should be ashamed of that if necessary, but i pride myself for never doing so. not only are my finances about to be affected but my parents also, they rely on my income as well.

it would mean the world if i get a response.

Father, please help him know You have his situation under control, and help him be able to trust in Your sovereignty. We pray You will place him in a new situation that will help him grow in Christ, and he is right Lord, that no request in meaningless to You, because the Bible says You know every hair on our head, and not even a sparrow falls to the ground apart from Your notice. I pray this man will bow his heart in prayer to You, and just ask You to help him in every way he needs it. May both he and his parents just believe in the love of Christ and know You are able and be at peace.
