Dear GOD, and staff of all created things, I come humbly asking for your help and your strength. Help me, help myself out of this emotional down. Help me to change these not so good feeling thoughts into downstream thoughts ones that bring me upto LOVE or ABOVE! I believe that you are in me and that I am in you.
