Please pray for my son steve, he is in prison. Please pray theat the Lord will hold him close and that steve will feel a closeness to him. That the Lord will keep him safe and protected. And the Lord will guide him down his lighted path. Please pray for those around him and the correction officers. Praying that he will come home sooner than later and that he will be able to see his little daughter. It has been 1 1/2 years now. He does his bible lessons in his cell. This is the prayer he says at night. Stay with me, God the night is dark,
the night is cold, my little spark
of courage dies. The night is long
Be with me God, and make me strong
I miss you so much, steve my son, my heart hurts. I find comfort knowing the Lord is with you, be strong my son

Father, minister to Steve while he is in prison and keep him safe from all hurt, harm or danger. Father touch the lives of those that supervise this prison and that act as correction officers that they may do their work with compassionate hearts. Please allow this little daughter to see her father that despite the circumstances they may know fellowship. Bring release of this captive son Father...in your mercy and your kindness. Strengthen this mother and all within this family and move in mighty way so that the power of your love might be seen. In Jesus name...Amen!

Through out all our struggles you Both have always been with us. stevendanielsen, the Lord's prayer has always given me such comfort. Know that you both have been in my thoughts and prayers. I have been here on the forum about a year and a half.
