Lord, since the fall of man there has been pain, suffering and death. I know Lord that you do not want us to suffer. It is something we brought on ourself because of sin. I know Lord that you do not want us to destroy ourselves. It is better to trust your will completely. Life is hard and we do not always get what we want. I know that when God says yes that it is wonderful and when he says no he always gives us better even though it is hard to imange. Lord I know that you have heard this mans heartfelt and sincere cries for your help. Lord I pray that you would comfort him and lead him to your will and that he will be good with it. I pray that he will not listen to the devil anymore. The devil wants him dead and will use this issue to destroy him. Lord do not let the devil succeed. Expose the liar for what he is. Jesus came that you may have life, and have it more abundantely. The devil comes to kill, steal and destroy. You can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens you. All things are possible with Christ Jesus. Get in the word, you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Stand firm and hold fast to your faith. Our God is for us.

Father God,
Please comfort this guest, heal his hurts and bring peace into his mind, heart and soul. Help him to look to you to be his provider of all things, financially and relationally.
Help protect him from the lies of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill and destroy. Help him to repent of thoughts of death.
