I'm in need of a lot of prayer. I've been requesting prayer for & about my mom & her issues for a long time. I'm to the point that I can no longer cope with her. I've been battling depression for a few years now, some of it is related to her problems, but also due to other things in my life. In addition, I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes & it took 6 weeks to get my blood glucose under control, I then caught a severe respiratory infection which is making it hard to keep my levels under control. I'm very weak, shaky & have to deal with all of the other symptoms. Right now the worse I feel & the more trouble I have w/ my blood sugar, the more demands my mom makes on my time, energy, resources & patience. I not only need prayer for healing, I would also like prayer for wisdom & a way out of my situation. I have learned that in the situation w/ my mom, just moving out won't work. It may seem like an odd request, but I also need God to send me a good husband, not only for companionship, but also to back me up when it comes to dealing w/ my mom. It's hard to explain to people who don't know or understand her. Thank you for your prayers.

Heavenly Father, I pray for this dear caretaker that You would strengthen her by the Mighty Power of the Holy Spirit! Heal her body and show her ways to eat to get this blood sugar under control. Give her patience and strength with her mother, knowing that this situation will not always be and that this too shall pass. Bless this woman greatly for caring for her aging mother and help her to lovingly establish boundaries in her life with her mother. Send her help, Lord, such as a Home Care Nurse or a Physical Therapist or someone to help for a couple of hours a few times a week so that this lady can rest or do some of her personal errands. Thank You for the answer to these prayers as I know it is on the way! In Jesus Name!
