Please pray for me that I will lose weight. Anyone throughout my life who has tried to motivate or inspire me--be they family, friends or weight loss experts--have failed. Only Jesus can help me, and I need prayer to lose weight for my health and to ensure I have a future. I find being overweight unbearable, including the abuse and bullying I have received for being such. Please ask Jesus to help me find a way to exercise regularly and eat properly, and to keep loving myself.

Heavenly Father I come to You in prayer for this dear one that is struggling with their weight. Lord I pray that You would grant them Your perfect strength and will to lose the weight that You would have them lose so that they might enjoy a better quality of life and to be free of the bondage of excess weight. Bless them and give them the strength and will to lose this weight.
