To desire what God desires
I really like someone who is already in a relationship.
I work with him and we get on very well.
I have a peace when around him and when I pray for him. Its like we bring out the best in each other.
He believes in God though without judging him I would say he would need to receive Jesus fully.
I have prayed for me to stop liking him but its not changing.
Pray I will only desire God's will for me.
It is very seldom I like someone as I am OK alone.
I do not want to be hurt by these feelings.
He is a gentleman and there is respect between us but it just seems to get deeper for me anyway.
Thank you.

RE: To desire what God desires
Lord have this person remember what the your ten commandments say about wanting what is already someone else's. This guy may not be married yet but he is already in a relationship with someone else. By desiring him and getting close to him it is in itself a sin. Lord help them to resist temptations and not fall into sin. To remember that if they them self where to be in a relationship with a man they like or love very much, how would they feel if another woman comes between them. If they do fall into temptation and breaks this man's relationship with the other woman, the same thing will fall upon them self later on. Lord stop this woman short in her desires for this man. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus, amen. Please read below!
7 “You shall not commit adultery.
8 “You shall not steal.
10 “You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.”
This also goes for a man or woman who are already in a relationship and you desire that man for yourself, or break that relationship because the other person finds out. It will almost be as committing adultery. Wait for God to send you the right man your way, a free man not one that is already in a relationship to someone else.
Luke 6:31
Do to others as you would have them do to you.
In others word, if you do good to others it will come back to you as good, but if you do evil that will also come back to you as evil when you less expect it. We have to be careful of what we do, specially to others, for karma will eventually back to you.
