RE: childhood wounds re my mother
Dear child I have not been in your shoes, but I too have been rejected by my mother since I was only but a toddler as far as I can remember, and she never let me forget that she doesn't love me. What can a child of that age have done so wrong that a mother doesn't want her? I've asked myself that question all my life, I used to think maybe I'm been adopted, for she never treated my only living sister this way. My own mother tried to strangle me at age of three, I was then taken to my paternal grandparents, where I lived with until I turned six yrs old, when my grandmother got sick and passed away. I was brought back to my parents home, and my sister was so jealous of me she was four yrs by then. I had another sister but something happened to her at 16 months old and died, sometimes as I grew older I wonder if my mother did to her what she tried to do to me. God helped me then and has helped me all my life, someone heard my cries and came running and found the door unlocked and came in and had to punch my mother so heard in the face to have her let go of me. When I came back with them, my mother kept reminding me that what she tired the first time she will make sure to complete the job. I lived in fear all my life, only now in my old age have I come to realize I don't have to fear her anymore, for she is 98 yrs old. Not physically but she still does with words and curses. I've learn that I had to be forgiving to he and to my sister who learn to treat me like I was her enemy and hurt me physically and emotionally too by being a bully and asking other kids to bully me and to call me bad names. I finally realized that by keeping close to them I was just giving them more opportunity to keep on hurting me. Since trying to talk to them and making them realize how I feel when they treat way to me, I get called crazy.
So now I just don't have any contact with them, God knows I have tried so much, but them seeing this just enjoy it. You God is healing me little by little my pain of not having their love has mostly eased off. My God loves me for better than any love they could had given me, He has been my protector, helper, helped me find work to support myself, and given me peace of mind. I will pray for God to give you peace of mind and heal your pain, and remember if he helped me, He can also help you, just give it all to Him our lord and Savior.
Lord Jesus who died for our sins, our sickness and our suffering come and heal the wounds this person has suffered from her own mother's hands. Lord I know how much this hurts and affect our life. I thank you you have come to help me, now help this child of yours. May she be able to turn it all to you and make you her father, mother and everything. In Jesus name I pray amen.
