depression
I am 27 year old female.I am so depressed, lonlely, exhausted, helpless, hopeless and tired. I have all kinds of negative feelings hunting me. My parents don't love me. I have a lot of personal, family problems and I also have a lots of problems in my workplace. All are doing injustice to me. I am still single. My marriage is not happening and I don't find any way for my marriage to happen. I feel as if god is not interested in me and god has firsaken me completely. If god is real and if he is interested in me I need deliverance and my marriage should happen.

RE: depression
Shalu my name is Rick and it pains me to say that I know your feelings very well.
I could talk about how there are many like you and your not alone but honestly knowing that doesn't do much for your life problems... knowing that others are hurting as well just makes things more bleak in my opinion.
So to get strait to the point.
You HAVE to take time to focus on yourself and not focus on what others are thinking or doing.
I found this to be very hard to do at first. To reprogram my mind to ignore others and focus on my own needs.
Basic needs like personal health and even daily needs like eating well, can be overlooked (due to stress)
focus on short term goals and let the big picture reveal itself every day one day at a time. Instead of trying to constantly move towards the big picture goal right away.(marriage ect ect)
Take time for yourself everyday to refocus your thoughts and give your mind a rest and distraction from others and the stress they bring into your life.
read a book, watch a funny movie, play a game, take a walk, call a friend, exercise... the point is to keep your brain active and away from negativity at all times. this is not easy to do but i promise you it's the most logical path to taking back your mind from depression and stress.
most of all pray and seek a deeper daily connection with God.
When I asked God for peace in my life he directed me towards a closer relationship with him instead of just giving me the magic key to solve all my stress he gave me a path to walk that lead closer to him. and in doing this I showed faith and before I knew it I was not only feeling better mentally but seemingly random things were happening in my life very much in my favor, doors were being opened and the hearts and minds that were stacked against me were changed for the better.
Keep your eyes and thoughts on God and yourself... you can't take anything more than that with you to heaven.

RE: depression
Forgive me for my sin is great. I am married but have too much shortcomings and mrmuring instead of being thankful. Forgive the unfaithfulness in the little things, and the big ones as well. I now God is real, and it is not the marriage itself that He wills in us, but the giving and serving that Jesus Himself did for us. Please help us focus on Jesus, not our wants alone. Hear us and heal i ask. Thank YOU LORD.
