Feeling lost
It feels like this will never end. Three years ago me and my wife and my daughter were living on my family farm. I bought a house off of my family. We had an agreement but nothing in writing. As soon as we paid our last payment, we received an eviction notice. There was nothing we could do so we quickly had to find a new home. At this point we were expecting our second child. We found a cheap rental but before we could move someone broke into our home and stole everything. We have been struggling to get by with both of us working. Last year my wife lost her job, so I picked up another. I am a carpenter. I work roughly 80 hours a week. I make just enough to pay for bill gas and food. My wife recently had an interview at our church to run our youth program. This would be great. I wouldn't have to work quite do much. I would actually be able to see my kids while they are awake. We just got word tonight that she did not get the job. According to the board, they feel that my wife would be better at the job but the other person has a degree in a distantly related field. Now we are told we must moving out of our rental soon by our landlord. He want the land for himself. I can barely get out of bed in the morning because of the pain but can't afford to have anything even looked at. I'm just not sure what to do. I'm not sure how much longer I can keep working like this. I've been praying for just a little help for my family's sake. I'm running so tired I am starting to ruin everything I do. Tonight I did some work on the brakes of my wife's car but was so tired I forget to prime the brakes and wrecked it into my truck. I'm about to give up.
