I am asking you to keep my Dad and family in Prayer today, especially between 3-6PM EST. I got a call from my step mom a few minutes ago. My dad is in the hospital and is suffering from kidney failure as a result of a biopsy he had yesterday. I don’t know much except he is going to have surgery sometime late this afternoon. With his age and medical condition, it is considered extremely high risk. As such I am leaving work within the hour to be with him before the surgery and to support my step mom during. Please join us in Prayer.

Heavenly Father,
I thank You for the many gifts you have graced me and my family with in life. I know that we are never alone for you are always with us even in our darkest hours. Lord, please place Your hand of protection upon my family, friends and myself today. You are our refuge and our fortress. No evil shall befall us - no accident shall overtake us nor shall any plague or calamity come near my home.
Release ministering angels to go forth and to encompass over my family, friends and myself, to accompany and defend and preserve us in our time of need. Shelter us in the palm of Your hand. Keep us close to Your Heart. You are our confidence, firm and strong. You keep our feet from being caught in a trap or hidden danger. When we lie down in fear, You will us peace. Keep my Dad safe and give us strength in our time of need.
I ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord have your perfect will be done in this man's life, and health. Give his family the strength and comfort they need at this time, also the peace of mind which only comes from you, to know that you know what's best for us. In Jesus Christ Precious Name I pray, as I thank you in advance Heavenly Father to whom all the Honor, the Glory, and the Power belongs, Amen!

Father, thank you for the doctors and nurses who dedicate their lives to the healing arts and sciences. But you are the great physician that gives them their knowledge and that guides their minds. It is also you that has the final word on our fate. Father...guide the surgeons and others giving this man his care. Please, if it be in your will, heal him through this intervention. Please be in the operating room and in recovery with him to comfort him and show him the wonder of your grace. Father comfort this family that they may know that he is in your loving care. Father let your presence be known. In Jesus name...Amen!
