Praise God for my wonderful, healthy family! However I would like to request prayer to bind Satan from my hourly struggle to mindlessly eat. I would like God to help me be aware of what I eat and for me to no longer struggle with my weight. I want to desire only healthy food. I would like to be my ideal weight for my health. Lord, I pray that gengirl will be given the knowledge of your will in her life to gloryify God in body. Help her realize that food can be an addiction and she is fillling herself with something that will not satisfy. Help her day by day to keep her from overeating. Let her eat to live but not live to eat. She is more than a conquerer by Christ Jesus. Help her to take her stand and not give in to the flesh in Jesus name I pray.

can someone pray this for me too? i have the same problem.. i love bad food too much. i'd like to actually be in shape for a change and be "normal." i guess it's partly selfish cause i want girls to think i'm attractive, to be honest. but i want to be healthy too.

I think first you should avoid all junk and fast foods
then did any exercise.....then you will feel that you lost
your maximum weight.....because i also had lost my maximum
weight by exercise.
