Please pray for me and my husband Colby, there is alot of distrust in the marriage, and alot of disagreements. My husband has been very abusive in the past, and has resorted back to the same lifestyle (in the streets) like he used to. I am so bothered by this relationship, and it hurts very bad. please please pray for us. be blessed, kimberly

I take God at His Word. I trust Jesus Christ for my salvation. Lord Jesus, I’m a sinner, but You have shown Your love for me by dying to forgive my sins, and You have proven Your power to save me from death by Your resurrection. Lord, change my heart, and save me by Your Grace.

I pray for Colby and his wife, reveal to them anything in their own heart that is threatening their union. I pray for the restoration of their marriage into the covenant that You intended. I pray that Your Love flows through each of them to the other. I ask for God’s forgiveness. In Jesus Christ’s name I pray, Amen.

Father I lift up Colby in prayer and ask that you would cut off any attraction or influence that would seek to destroy his character and his marriage. Help them to communicate their differences, resolve the issues that have come against this relationship. Restore trust and peace, Father I would like to deposit a seed of forgiveness in this relationship, bring them back to a good starting place, on the ground that is firm and solid. Father often we come away hurt and feeling bad about the condition of our relationships and our spouses. We often can feel tremendously responsible over the results and condemn ourselves. Help us to be forgiving, heal our broken hearts and show us how to live under Grace, so that we do not condemn ourselves, but set free. Gently show us your ways, teach us a better way, we want to learn from you Lord because your yoke is easy and your burden is Light. Lead us into the way everlasting. Restore Kimberly, so that she can mount up on wings like eagles and soar to new hieghts. In Jesus name, Amen.
