Lord touch this man's life and give him the strength he needs to control himself. Have him remember what The Lord's Prayer says, "Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and for ever. Amen." It says, "forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those that trespass against us." I believe to the measure we forgive those that hurts us is how we will be forgiven, and if we can't forgive it hinders our prayers from being answer. So Lord I pray he will learn to be forgiving even though it is so hard for us humans to do, but with your help we can all do it.
Touch his wife's heart and let her see your love through him toward her. Remove that other man out of her life for good and any other, have her return to her husband and children. Break all addictions in that family and bring a healing to this marriage. Remove all evil temptations from this man Lord, and may he allow you to do the work in her without any interference from him. We can't pray for you to work in someone's life and then take it out of your hands and destroy the work you have started. Let him remember it's in your timing and not ours. In the meantime Lord give him perseverance and have him keep his eyes on you and keep trusting you. Bless him financially, and help him to think with a clear mind and not with his emotions. Comfort him and protect him and the children.
Bind him and his wife in love with your unconditional love, forgiveness, understanding, kindness, trust, respect, fidelity, and bring joy and peace into their marriage Heavenly Father. May your will be done in their life, marriage, and family. May they make you the cornerstone of their marriage and life.
