saints, thank you all for your prayers for my bible study group. We met for the second time last night, it is just a discussion group but is a blessing. please pray for my friends at that group, and especially for lenny that he be delivered from "liberal" mind sets and influences that are not building up his faith, (if my discernment is correct, the LOrd knows)

We all read Revelation chapters 1-3 prior to our meeting last night. I was so blessed and also brings to my heart some prayer requests, that my thought life will be better, that the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in God's sight.

The bible says to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. I especially ask for prayer for the mind part today, that my thought life continue to grow in the Lord. I pray to return to my first love for Jesus, and to love Him more and more and more, as nothing else really matters but the Lord and seeking Him and His will for me.

Father, i pray for myself and my brothers and sisters here on this prayer site, for You to increase and we decrease Lord. I pray for more of YOu, Jesus i pray for us to buy from You gold refined in the fire (Revalation 3:18), that we be rich in the things of God, more precious than anything this world can ever give.

Lord, YOu are a consuming fire, and a jealous God, praise the Lord. You want what is best for us, keep us from idols and love of the world. I pray in Jesus Name, have Your way in my life and the lives of my brothers and sisters here Lord God. Help us love You with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and have mercy on us Lord, have mercy on me and i thank You that Your grace is sufficient. In Jesus Name, amen

Dear Lord Jesus,

We bring Matt and his prayer study group to your throne and ask that you make intercession for all of them Lord.

Lord, we ask that you soften Lenny's heart to your will Lord, and help him have the willingness to be obedient to your ways Lord, and not his own.

Lord, we thank you for what you are doing through this bible study and the fellowship.

Lord, we ask that you oversee every thought and high imigination that Matt has, let him bring it to you Lord, that you will give him a pure heart and mind Lord. Put a protection over his heart and mind, and help him to guard it in you Jesus.

We ask that you bless our brother, Matt, in all he does , Lord, and walk before him Lord, and make his pathways straight. Thank you for the blessing and encouragement he is to all of us Lord, we ask that you put a host of angels around him to protect him Lord.

Let each new day he faces , he will feel and see a fresh inspiration of the Joy and Hope, that can be found only in you Jesus.

We ask this in your precious, holy name, Jesus.

Father, Thank you for our brother Matt... For his love and concern for others, and for his dedication to you, which have been an inspiration to me and my relationship with you. And thank you for the other prayer partners on this site who have also inspired me in the same way. Bless the bible study study group Matt is involved with and let your truth be heard. And in doing so, let Lenny's eyes be opened to your major doctrinal truth, where there is only black and white, and no in between. Let us not be luke-warm Lord, but on fire for you! Oh how we see the lost so involved with the trivial things of this world, the greed, lust, material possessions, cares of this world, and not of your kingdom, nor the life ever-after. Oh how we have gone astray, and ignored your calling. Oh how we should yearn to follow your ways and build our treasure where moth and rust do not decay. It is remarkable to me Lord how far away I strayed from your presence, and yet you welcomed me back as your son. Pour out your Spirit upon us and lead us in your ways and works. Let us feel the desperation for the lost and their eternal seperation from you, and the horror it will be if they do not accept your Son as their Savior! And most of all, keep us humble and loving others as you loved us, that all we do and say will be only for your great glory and honor. In Jesus' name, Amen
