Heavenly Father,
I am trying to focus on cultivating the fruits of the spirit within me. I feel You have blessed me with a loving, joyful, faithful heart - thank you for that.
What I fear I lack most is patience for Your good and perfect will for my life and peace to know that, regardless of seemingly endless delays and setbacks, Your good and perfect will for my life will come to pass. I am faithful in my prayers, and I feel I do trust You. I have just been waiting for so long now already - years, Lord.
I ask You with a loving, trusting heart in the name of Your blessed Son, Jesus Christ, to please end the wait. If Your will is to have me wait longer, I ask that You please give me peace of mind and heart to know that, no matter what, Your will will prevail in my life and all this waiting was for the absolute best.
Thank You, Lord. In the sweet and loving and living name of Jesus Christ I pray all of this to You and give my thanks.
