Water drainage issues

Please pray for favour, peace and blessing pour upon D and L that everything will be solved asap. Pray that our God opens the eyes of the council guy tomorrow and help him see the root of the problem how the water from next door neighbour flood over D and L's house after the neighbour had installed new water drainage system . Thank you
