Four months ago my 4-yr-old son suffered a brain injury, he was resuscitated after going 10min without oxygen. Now, he is barely able to sit down and he's lost speech and his memories altogether. Everyday my wife and I cry and beg and ask and try to b strong but his progress is very slow, and rather than making me strong this experience weakened us we think He isn't listening, when my son woke up from the coma God could've intervened and brought him back to normal, now we must rely on science and I hate that this contradicts what my mom has taught me and it sort of proves atheists right, it's like the bad guys always win.

I did some bad things when I was younger, drugs and mocked other people but nothing drastic. I've always been nice and courteous, my family is very religious but I lost faith when I started learning about the world. Seems that the world has always been overrun by war, famine, rape, torture and other nasty stuff. Not even Jesus's sacrifice helped mankind. Then I hear that even priests are doing nasty things, who should we trust now? Now I've lost every kind of happiness and I only see darkness.

Also, why is the Bible so vague? It leaves so many things up to questioning, I just wish God was clearer, some things in there don't make sense it needs a rewrite.

Dear god, speak to this family show them you are there. Bless this child and heal them dear god , I believe in miracles, only you god can perform miracles. I pray for this family they need hope please show them you are there with them.
