I would like to reconcile with my former girlfriend whom I still love and want to marry, I believe that she is the one for me and it would make me very happy to be her husband. She recently sad that she still loves me and I still love her as well.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for this young man that I believe is trying to serve You with all his heart. Show him and his girlfriend beyond a shadow of a doubt if this is Your Will for them and if it is, restore this relationship and bless this marriage with Your Love and Shalom as You blessed the marriage at Cana.
