under constant attack

My life with the LORD requires a constant connection with him without disconnection for even one second or I am overrun ed from my sinful nature and the other side to. singing and praying and meditation are the keys. also practicing guitar. I need constant prayer as a shield of defense as well as submitting to the Lord's authority. thank you for lifting me up to Him.
