Please pray and agree with me that I would:
1)have the discipline to get up in the mornings (and go to bed on time) to have quiet time alone with the Lord
2)be focused when I meditate upon Him and my mind wouldn't wander
3)have more encounters with God
4)receive the grace to fast regularly

Father, I stand in agreement with this prayer and ask that you would answer it fully. In Jesus name...Amen!
