I could really use some prayer right now. My Christian wife just told me that she has found someone else. I have asked her to go to counseling but she insists that it will not change her mind. My request is a prayer for forgiveness for us both (Matt and Chris) and reconciliation. Thank you.

If you read the book of matthew, Christ said that Christians may not divorce except for adultery. If your wife wants to dump you for any other reason, she is not a Christian because she is not following the teachings of Christ. I pray she gets her head straight, but if she is intent on leaving the path of Christianity, I pray God will comfort you and help you move forward in your life.

This is one of the things that I hope counseling will point out to her. Thank you for your prayer.
