My brother and I come from a family of tall and big people, high blood pressure, and other health problems. Well our dad was killed in a car accident on June 1st of 1998, he always wanted us to be healthy and happy. Dad always tried to talk to us about loseing weight, well I made dad a promise one day I would go on a diet, well I could not lose weight by my self, so Jan. 14th of last year I had gastric bypass, and so far I have lost about 180 to 190 pounds. My brother thought that was not a good thing to do cause it is a risky thing to do, but he don't seem to realize it is more risky to be that big. My brother is 6ft 4 and is pretty big about 400-450 pounds, me and mom worry so much about him, but if we try to talk to him about it he gets so mad. would you please pray that our heavenly father will bless him and let him see that he needs to do something to lose this weight, before it gets to late, in Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, it is your will that your children be healthly so that we may live productive lives and work toward YOUR KINGDOM. Please help her brother to see that he must take steps toward becoming healthier, Lord help him to believe that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. And thank you Lord that she was able to take appropriate steps in becoming healthier. Bless them and help them that they may serve you every day of thier lives!

Lord, Your word says our body is the temple of the Holy Ghost and its our responsiblity to take care of it as we have to give account of it. Lord bestow wisdom and understanding on this dear brother and make him to know how important it is to glorify God by being healthy and strong and not to get deceived by the satan. Lord speak to him Lord and give him revelation. In Jesus precious name.Amen.

Lord, let our brother in Jesus be blessed with a spirit of self contol. Remove his addiction to food. I pray that you will fill his emptyness with love abundant instead of food. It will never satisfy. Give his other family members a time of steadfast prayer until something happens. Let them not give up or loose hope. all things are possible with Christ Jesus. In Jesus name I pray.
