Need Guidance and prayer for pregnancy and career - Guest - 09-05-2009 08:55 AM
I have a little toddler who is doing great, but she was born at 27 weeks and 1 lb and 10 ozs due to my health. Then, this year my husband and I miscarried twins. Now, we are pregnant again, but I need pray that I have a normal pregnancy and healthy baby. I also need prayer for guidance in my career. I am very grateful that my husband and I have jobs especially given the economy. I see how it effects so many people, and we try to assist our family members and friends who are experiencing difficult times in anyway that we can. I just need prayer because I feel like my career is stagnant. I have this feeling that God is preparing me for a break through in my career, but I do not know what. I work so hard and I am good at what I do, but I just need more. I know that I am blessed, but I just feel so stressed & sad because I want so bad to move up in my career. I want all my hardwork to pay off. I just do not know what is in store for my career. I know that God directs our path, but I just wish I knew where my career was going, and that I could move up for financial reasons due to my pregancy, my families' financial problems, and as an accomplishment for my hardwork. I pray that God answers my prayers. And that he continues to watch over everyone in these difficult times both healthwise and financial wise.

Dear Lord I pray that you will be done in this woman's situation, open her eyes to your will in her life. She seems more concern with relatives, friends, and career than to the innocent children she has and will be bringing into this world. Who cares for them, who is better than their own mother to care for them? Can it be you are calling her to raise her own children as a career? Allow her see the light that may be right in front of her. I pray in Jesus name.
