Praying for a Marriage Miracle - Vicki - 06-29-2009 07:56 PM
My husband Brian has walked out of our 19+ year marriage and has moved in with his girlfriend. Pray he will be restored to God and will break off this adultrous relationship. Pray for our children who are devasted by this. I am asking for a miracle to happen quickly!

Dear Lord, bind the evil that has taken over this marriage, and bring this family back together again. Help Brian to remember the vows that he said over 19 years ago to his wife, and before you. I pray that he will have a complete turn around, and will return to his family. I also pray that when he does, Vicki will be able to find it in her heart to forgive him, and to work together to raise their children to walk in your word. In your loving name Jesus, amen.

Lord, I pray that you will give the love and attention to this brave woman. Despie of his her hurt she still wants the best and right for her family. Lord bring bak the Joy and love in their family again. And that may you pour realization to his husband. amen

Lord Jesus, please bind this other woman and this relationship. Lord, please open the eyes of Vicki's husband. Let him see that he needs You and his family. Lord, let this marriage be restored. Give Vicki the strength to endure all of this. Let her be a guiding light for the children. Let them be able to see You through her. Let them know that what their father has done is wrong in Your eyes. Put a hedge of protection around her and the children.In this I ask in Your loving name,Jesus.Amen. My dear Sister in Christ, I am trusting God to do His will in this marriage. As I tell all married couples that are going through test and temptation, be what God is calling "you" to be and allow God to do the rest.
All we can do is keep your husband in prayer, but we can encourage "you" to stay holy, for God is holy. Your husband can be won over by "your chaste behavior." This goes for men as well as women. We cannot make our spouses do right, but "we" can do what is right. Yes, it hurts. Yes, it makes us angry. But, God's word says, "be angry and sin not." We get angry and want to curse, rant and rave at times. But, we must not give in to satan's devices. We know that satan will send a "Jesebell" to a man weak to temptation. Continue to hold your husband up in prayer, rebuking the evil that is trying to overthrow your marriage and family. Claim victory and power over the enemy. In the book of Acts 1:8, God gave us power over the enemy. This is an enemy that is trying to destroy your happiness and wholeness.
I know that God has ALL power. He can bring your spouse back to you "if it be "His" will and desire. Trust God to do "His" will. Stay in your word, it is your strength. Sing psalms of victory over hurt, sadness and sorrow. God gave us the victory over the serpents and scorpions that try to destroy us.
Take back through the power of prayer what the canker worm is trying to take from you.
Father God, there is an enemy that has reared its ugly head in this marriage. I rebuke it in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Bring the salvation into this family. Bring wholeness and forgiveness to the minds of this husband and wife. Allow them to go on and raise the children that You have blessed them with. Keep them in Your care Lord.
Oh Father, comfort the heart, soul and mind of this devoted wife and mother. Give her the strength that she needs each day. Calm the raging sea that tries to envelop her mind. Give her a sweet sleep. Let her know that You are with her Lord. Let her know that You are there to comfort her. Send Your Holy Spirit to give her a peace that passes all understanding. I ask this prayer in Jesus Holy name. Amen! (It is so).

Please intervene here according to your will. Please console and comfort this wife. Please touch the husbands heart and get him to turn around. We know that marriage vows are a covenant between this husband, wife and you Dear Lord. These vows are sacred between this husband and wife. Please let no one interfere with this reunion and reconciliation. Please heal all hearts involved. Please get this husband to return to his beloved wife immediately Dear Lord. Please eliminate all barriers to this reunion--both internal and external. Please heal all hearts involved and ensure that everyone in this family forgives one another and holds no resentment toward one another. Oh please save this marriage Dear Lord. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Brian and I have been emailing, texting and talking much over the past week. He has asked if we can get together to talk. I asked him if he was going to serve me divorce papers, he said no, he just wants to spend time with me.
Please pray for us Friday morning. I am still praying for a miracle for our marriage to be restored and for him to return to the arms of Abba Father. May the Holy Spirit move in great and mighty ways so the Lord will receive glory and honor.

Dear Lord please look down upon this couple and their marriage. Touch this man's heart and open his spiritual eyes and ears, may he make you the cornerstone of his life and marriage. Lord we know nothing is impossible for you and that you do restore marriages for you did it to mine. I pray that this man be repented of all his sins and unfaithfulness toward his wife and come with a heart asking for forgiveness. Bind this couple back together with your unconditional love, forgiveness, kindness, respect, trust, and fidelity toward each other. May he be able to appreciate his wife now more than ever Sweet Jesus and bring joy into their relationship more than they ever had. May nobody or anything be able to separate them ever again.
