Lord, I thank you that I have a good job. I pray for my office manager/supervisor. Let her adhere to policy. Lord, I feel like I’m being taken advantage of, but I don’t want to fight. Lord, help me to say and do the right things. Lord, show me how to help her. Lord give me the confidence I need to work with her. In Jesus name I pray.

Lord give this person the wisdom she/he needs to do their job with confidence as if they were doing it unto you. May the differences in personalities be ironed out so there won't be anymore conflict between the supervisor and this person. May this person shine in their job performance so there won't be anything they can reproach her/him for. May this person make you the cornerstone of their life and always remember that they are a representative of you here on earth Lord, therefore they shouldn't even think of fighting. May they be an example to this supervisor of your love in us. May this be done for your Glory and Honor Heavenly Father, I ask and thank you in Jesus Precious Name, Amen!
