Thank you for all your prayers; please keep praying for the Lords' favor in granting us the closing for the refinance of our home. Our mortgage broker is having a conference call with Bank of America officers to discuss the loan. (March 5th, Thursday) Please pray the Lord grant us His favor & that we can close with the stipulations that our mortgage broker is placing before the board, which will meet our current needs/situation. Supplicate of the Lord on our behalf. We are grateful for each & every prayer. The Lord Bless you, in the name of The Father, The Son & The Holy Spirit.

Father, I lift this guest in prayer and I pray that the Mortgage refinancing is all in their favor Lord. I pray that everything comes thru and that Your will be done. I pray that they are able to close on this with no problems and that you provide them with your peace, love and joy so that they can get back with their lives. I ask this in Jesus precious name, amen.
