I pray the Lord will move on this situation. I have a dreadful neighbor that neglects dogs and has them in cages in the yard beside my fence. The noise and odors are too much. I have already taken steps for animal welfare to look into this but he has moved the cages now very close to the back of my home. I am awake writing this because I have been kept awake for hours due to the barking. I pray The Lord please have mercy and restore peace and quiet to my home.

Lord touch the heart of this neighbor for the peace of the neighborhood, specially those closer to them, and the poor dog who is being neglected so. Bring peace and harmony between these neighbors, in Jesus name I pray amen.
