Father in heaven bring heavy rains into that area so the fires will be extinguished and calm the windstorms. Bring peace, and protection into this person's life, also the strength to see them through whatever storms they may go through in their life. I pray in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
