Pray for me please as I am convicted lately of my lack of self control- If I have a difficult day I can overeat- eat unhealthy foods and drink a little too much wine. I need after a difficult day to turn to God not this kind if unhealthy release from stress. Thank you for praying.

Lord give this person self control in their eating and drinking habits. May they turn to your word and prayer in their time of stress, even listen to some Christian relaxing music. May they always remember that a balance diet is better for all of us. I pray in Jesus name amen.
