Having bad leg cramps...please pray that they would subside and I might have a good and restful nights sleep. Thank you and Lord bless you all so much for your kind and faithful prayers.

I agree this prayers for him too cause i woke with the same, and taking many supplements could be the cause. Whatever the cause is my Lord, we are Healed by Your precious Stripes and healed from the crown of our head to the souls of our feet, bring wisdom in this and a good nights sleep. A doctor told me a long time ago, that leg cramps can be cause by not enough potassium in our diet. Take some potassium pills or eat one ripe banana a day to help you with the leg cramps. If you take the pills please do not take more than what is recommended in the bottle. It can also attack us when we feel too cold, using warm socks in cold weather will help us too.
Lord heal us from all our illnesses and keep us in good health. In Jesus' name I pray amen.

My dear friends in Christ thank you all for the many prayers and excellent ideas as well. Please continue to keep me in your prayers. In the last couple of days I've felt a heaviness on my spirit which at times makes sleep difficult. I suspect many of my precious brothers and sisters in Christ feel this from time to time in these evil days we live in. I pray for all my brothers and sisters in the Lord around the world. I pray that the Lord would place a hedge of protection and boldness of faith upon us all. I am so thankful that some of us are blessed to have found a site like this where we are able to pray for one another. It is such a blessing to lift up prayer requests to the Father. truly prayer is both a gift and a wonderful blessing He has given us. Lord bless you all so much for your many prayers for my family and myself and the many other saints of the Lord at this site.

Thank you Brother David I know how much you love the Lord as I have seen you here for years. I wonder how your father is doing these days. I have also been going through a lot myself, my Dear oldest Daughter passed away three months ago, and it's been one attack after another by the enemy. She had cancer for almost four yrs. was so bad she had to stop working and move in with me. I took care of her all that time and ended getting sick myself from the stress. It made the RA I have and fribromyalgia worse, to the point that I can hardly walk, and the pain all over my body don't let me sleep well. I finally was able to get to the doctor for myself, and they found I also have spurs now on my hips because the RA is deteriorating my bones. But what has kept me going is reading the bible specially the book of Psalms, and praying for others on this wedsite. The book of Psalms has been my spiritual vitamins for years.
I pray the Lord will heal you from all that is attacking you lately. I too have a heaviness in my heart and I know it's not from losing my daughter, for I know she is with the Lord now and out of the pain she was in. God had given me the peace and strength to see me through it all. But now my family is so involved with what they hear on the news, and if I don't see eye to eye with them which I don't, they keep attacking me. There is a spirit of hatred and anger in this country that is not only destroying the country but families and friendships apart too. It's like they are all going crazy, but we know it's not them, but the enemy of the Lord who is using them. We do need to pray day and night for them and this country, for that hatred is also pulling some Christians down with them too. I believe it's the spirit of the anti Christ, and us Christians are in a spiritual war with it. Only a hedge of thorns, and our love for God and faithfulness for him will be able to save us. Prayer and the word of God is the strongest weapon we can use against the enemy.
Lord thank you for people like Brother David who loves you and is aware too of what is going on in this country.
Come and safe us all from the destruction of the enemy and our loved ones too, protect us, also our leaders and their families, and our beloved country. Stop the enemy short on its path, and may we all survive in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ our Savior, Healer, Protector, and praise be to you for ever and ever, I pray, amen.

My dear friend in Christ I want to thank you for your kind and faithful prayers. I also want to tell you how very sorry I was to hear about your dear daughter's passing. Although we mourn in this present world, take comfort that she is in our Savior's loving arms and her ordeal and pain is now gone. Be encouraged that you will spend eternity with her in the joyful presence of our precious Lord Jesus. I'm very sorry to hear that you have been struggling with your own health my dear friend. I will keep you in my prayers and ask that the Lord would touch your body with His mighty healing touch. Be encouraged my dear one for our Lord's coming is soon and our present troubles, tribulations and pains will be as nothing compared to the joy of His presence when He comes for us. Imagine what you will feel as you walk into the Lord's presence and see him smiling with love beckoning you to join Him with your daughter smiling with joy standing by His side. Oh what a moment of pure radiant joy that will be for you... =)
Oh and by the way you asked about my Dad. He is doing well, having fully recovered from his last surgery. His birthday is today actually and he turned 82 years old. My Mom will turn 80 on the 1st of next month. I feel so blessed that the Lord has allowed them to be in my life for so long and they bless me with their wisdom and love even to this day. The Lord has blessed them with both grandchildren and great grandchildren who know and love them greatly. Indeed our Heavenly Father is good and I shall praise and exalt His name forever.......In closing I pray our Lord will bless you so very much and draw you ever deeper into that abiding relationship with Him.

Thank you Brother David for your kind words. My daughter told me before going to be with the Lord how much she loved me, and that she will be the first one to greet me into heaven to be with her. I know she is with the Lord and out of pain and suffering, that's what gives me so much peace within my heart, for she was suffering so much toward the end.
Your mother and me are the same age, yes God has blessed us so much to be able to see our grandchildren grow up, and now I also have one little great granddaughter who will turn 2 yrs old now in Dec. God is great and there is not a day that I don't thank him and praise his holy name.
I'm glad to hear your father is doing well and I pray your whole family will continue to do so. I will also continue to pray for you leg pain to go away soon. Continue your great work for the Lord as a prayer warrior as you have been doing. Blessings to you and your loved ones.
