Dear brothers and sisters I continue to have issues with leg and muscle cramps and pains. Part of it is from my sciatica issues which leads to leg pain and weakness. Please remember me in Your prayers my dear brothers and sisters. Pray that the Lord would touch my leg muscles and restore and renew and strengthen them once again. Pray also that the Lord would continue to help me to lose weight. I'm down 25 pounds at this point and I thank the Lord so much for his blessings. Thank you all so much for your kind and faithful prayers for me and my family. May the Lord bless you all wonderfully for your loving prayers.
Update on my Dad: My Dad continues to improve and heal from his surgery he had a couple of weeks ago. Praise God for his recovery and continuing improvement. Please keep him in your dear prayers too.

Praying that the Lord would touch Brother David's leg muscles and remove these sciatica cramps, and restore and renew and strengthen them again. Pray also that the Lord would continue to help us to lose the weight and heal us all completely and bring Your guidance and favor in everything.

Thank you and God bless you so much for your faithful prayers for me and my Dad. I pray that the Lord would touch your body and heal you my dear friend in Christ. I pray that the Lord would also help you on your weight loss as well as we seek to take care of the temple that God has given each of us.
