Please pray that new owner happy for me access and use the 10% deposit of my sold house asap and use it as 10% of deposit for my small townhouse i am buying. Pray that all my loan papers work will accept and go smoothly. Thank you for all prayers yes i have found the right townhouse for me and young daughter.
