My sister is approximately 2 months pregnant. Last week she was having trouble spotting & other issues. The ultrasound & everything else was fine. She went back today & they're saying her baby has no heart beat. Our family is devastated. Please keep her, my brother in law & my nephew in your prayers. We are just hurting so much right now.
