pray for job - bbat53162 - 01-29-2016 08:41 AM
Please join me in the name of Jesus in asking for the Lord's intervention in a job situation.
I am applying for the position of afternoon talk show host on a local news/talk radio station. Am I the greatest thing since sliced cheese? Of course not. I have never done this type of work, exactly. But, the Lord has given me certain talents and abilities ideally suited to this situation, and I do have 25-years experience in radio news.
He is giving me the courage to go for it, and once I get it, to flourish.
The Lord Jesus gets the honor, I'm just a tool. Period. I am asking for help, for prayer to Him to give me this chance.
Thanks, Bill

Lord, please help this person with this job. Please guide him in what to say, and please turn the hiring people toward him in their decision. Thank You, Lord. In the name of Jesus I pray and give thanks, Amen

Lord, whatever You want to do in this situation will be the right thing. I turn it over to You. If my ego is getting in the way of Your plan, I am truly sorry.
Whatever happens, I will praise the Name of the Lord.
