Since the last update, Cynthia has been receiving chemotherapy weekly. Complications from her illness and treatment now include low blood cell counts, requiring blood transfusions and putting her at risk of infection. Due to the rarity of her condition (heavy chain deposition disease), her team of doctors at NYU are recommending she see an expert at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in order to advise on further treatment.
Cynthia has expressed her gratitude for all of the support that her friends and family have provided with prayers and donations. Lord i pray you break this spirit of death off of us now and guide us all to your remedies and healing meetings, there are also sites that help pay 50% of medical and hospital fees, bring this child of yours to your perfect will my Father, in Jesus name, bring us all Your mighty help, amen

Lord my heart not only goes out to Cynthia, but to her parents who must be going through a very hard time seeing her like this. Hear our prayers Jesus and bring a miraculous healing to Cynthia. Give them all your peace and strength to see them through this. Bring them the financial help they need for her treatments and medications. In your name we pray amen.

Thank you all for lifting Cynthia in your prayers as you have done these few days. Please continue to keep her in your prayers for her healing, and safety as she makes this trip to the Mayo Clinic in the Midwest for a second opinion. May God provide for her safety, finances, and give the doctor who is seeing her the wisdom on what treatment to give her next now that the chemo was destroying her hemoglobin's. We know God can use the doctors to help us too and work through them for our benefits and His Glory. May God Bless You All!
