Eppy, many can pray for the right weight, but it also helps to have a plan to achieve it. Prayerfully choose a meal/detox plan and regular activities like walks or gardening, etc. and see how a chart can show improvements. What's inside is more important when we say being attractive, and may God grant your heart's desire.
